…because we deliver telephone training…. on the telephone!


Imagine you want to learn to swim! You seek out a professional instructor. What’s one of the first things you expect to do? Get in the pool right? If you want to swim – you are going to get wet! Ok, you want to learn to drive, how do you expect to spend your time? Driving the car yes…? So it stands to reason that if you want to improve telephone skills, you should spend time on the telephone.

…because it’s operationally friendly!


Scheduling training sometimes involves checking for availibility, arranging and making sure there is sufficient cover, making sure you know where the venue is, arranging transport, perhaps accomodation and so on. Training with us means no disruption to normal operations

…because improved performance is guaranteed!


Our job is to impart knowledge and transfer skill. The result of that is better performance achieved through the telephone. If, on reflection, any trainee decides that their phone skills have not improved by attending, then we will provide a full refund.

Our training modules are short, punchy, interactive and to the point (and they’re delivered over the telephone…). We have no large training overheads such as venue and hospitality and we have no need to train on a 'per day' basis’. These savings are passed onto you, our customer.

Everyone who trains with us is doing so using the telephone. This means no transportation to venues = no business mileage = reduced CO2
